With many of our members already having left the Labour Party the LRC must not only work hard to retain its remaining members, but it must extend its appeal to all Labour-supporting socialists, whether they are Party members or not. A number of local groups have been set up in the last year, but more must be done to spread our membership to every part of the country, and if elected Membership Secretary I would work closely with the Regional Representatives to encourage the establishment of local groups in as many areas as possible.
