Solidarity with elected left candidates

The Labour Representation Committee sends congratulations and solidarity to the Grassroots Voice candidates elected to the Labour Party NEC.

This result, based on gaining more than half the overall votes cast, represents a solid achievement for the left. The outcome is a tribute to the hard work that went into your campaigning and demonstrates that our socialist messages can still engage with members and provide hope in the face of sustained attacks while many were leaving the party.

We also send congratulations and solidarity to the newly elected disabled members’ representative and youth member representative and are proud to have endorsed you throughout your strong campaigns.

We look forward to hearing your strong socialist voices speaking out in defence of members’ democracy and the policy achievements of the past five years.
